Be Humble.
One huge contradiction that occurs after every Thanksgiving is the insane consumer shopping spree known as Black Friday. We spend a day giving thanks and gorging on food, then rush out to over spend our money on electronics, toys, games, and clothing. Retailers give us the impression that we are getting a bargain. And the general public is okay with being duped. Being thankful for having what we have, then preparing for an all out retail assault to buy more stuff is not exactly what the spirit of the holidays was intended to be about. It makes me want to renounce everything and everyone altogether.
